Refund & Returns Policy

  • If breakage is reported within a day of delivery, items will be replaced at company own cost.
  • In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be issued.

Free Replacements are issued if:

  • Item received is physically damaged in shipping
  • No Cancellation Policy
  • Item received is different from the ordered item
  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • Free replacements will be shipped via standard shipping within 2-3 working days.
