Refund & Returns Policy
- If breakage is reported within a day of delivery, items will be replaced at company own cost.
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be issued.
Free Replacements are issued if:
- Item received is physically damaged in shipping
- No Cancellation Policy
- Item received is different from the ordered item
- A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
- Free replacements will be shipped via standard shipping within 2-3 working days.
